It has no real use except for fun, and that is the most important use for anything :)

Originally written for Steve Bassi in a moment of madness he wanted to send an email that nobody could read (to UK2) at some unearthly hour of the night.  Although the important part of the software is the underlying databases, the data for these was originally composed by Luke Antins.
