In 1999, I made a terrible mistake, I made a purchase with a company that has haunted me ever since. This company began the tricks and slight of hand from the initial signup stage onward....god only knows why I continued after the "Long Pause" and pressed that CONFIRM button.
Since my signup with UK2, I have come to regret this mistake a number of times (double figures - almost triple).
Some of our fellow RaQ mugs' have also seen the 'con' and have produced some nice images to express their feelings over this 'interesting' relationship we have with UK2.
A company that offers services and then snaps them from under your eyes and then plain lies about the reasons for the removal of the services....this is UK2 through and through.
An example of this would be the 'IP addresses coming soon' message, that never came. Many of us requested extra IP's and UK2 plain lied and told us that it was impossible to get any further IP address, then almost two years later we hear the truth is that the network infrastructure they were so proud of and boasted about so much initially wasn't up to allocating any more IP addresses.
