Some nice images created by fellow RaQ owners, about their beloved hosting company UK2. This is a company I really wish I had never seen come up in google in 2000. Don't even consider hosting anything with these guys, they are somewhat unreliable to contact WHEN things go wrong. Hate Images

Rating: OK - 6/10

I work (freelance) for a Internet company that has a fair sized contract with Dedicated Servers in the UK. Unlike UK2 we have a good communications channel with them, and I should hope so at their prices. Even though they are quite a fair amount more expensive per month than UK2's servers, they DO fix problems, and you have a telephone number etc. ..... It really makes the world of difference.
Anyway I received a small present in the post today (Fri 27th June 2003) from them.... Love Images

Rating: Pretty'Darn'Good - 9/10

Small outfit in the USA that offers Servers at a reasonable rate (not the cheapest about), but offers superb upgrade paths (i.e. additional HDD). Answers telephone when called, and certainly responds to e-mails both before and after the sale. Has performed nonconventional troubleshooting (my own brand) upon request to resolve a problem.
Nothing bad to say about these guys.... except I wish they would sort their site out, its confusing and messy :-)
