What is their to say about Dedicated Servers? Not a lot really, except they do have the annual intermittent power supply that seems to totally disappear once per annum, and for hours on end. Telephone support is absolutely fabulous I've found though, especially our Account Manager, whom may not know every technical detail about the kit, but certainly doesn't mislead us into thinking she does... a very good manager whom goes off and finds out this information and DOES get back to you with THE answer. Yes its true a company that actually calls you back every time they say they will.
